Clubs – Reserve your spaces

Thank you for your interest and support of District 5240’s Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA). This event has been carefully designed to give the youth in our District the best possible experience. Each club in our District will be required to follow the policies & procedures defined here and those provided to you throughout the year in order to ensure success for you, the students and Rotary.

Please DO NOT commit your club to this event if you cannot commit to the following:

  1. You are 100% committed to sending the total number of students you are reserving space for;
  2. You are 100% committed to coordinating with the Students & Alternates, their Parents and their school and RYLA Staff;
  3. Your club has agreed to spend the sum of the RYLA Tuition and Scholarship Donation;
  4. You have read and understand the RYLA Cancellation Policy.

We are here to help you and if you are feeling lost or overwhelmed, please ask for help. We have great resources that make your commitment to serve easy and exciting. Please remember that you are doing this to serve the Youth in your community.
